"Just finished the First module of this series and can highly recommend to all levels of fitness. Paula explains the principles of Pilates so well, I'd previously worked with Paula but found going back to basics so useful. Can't wait for my next class ,it feels like I'm back in Paula's studio but in the comfort of my own home. Well done!"
